Accredited Investor Requirement
Investment opportunities are currently available only to accredited investors as defined by SEC Regulation D. This typically requires annual income exceeding $200,000 ($300,000 jointly with spouse) for the last two years, or net worth exceeding $1,000,000 excluding primary residence. Verification is required during onboarding.
