Borrower Eligibility
Our mortgages are designed for financially established members of the diaspora. Here are the baseline requirements.
- U.S. or Canadian legal residency (permanent resident or citizen)
- Minimum 2 years of stable employment or business income
- Verifiable income with documentation (W-2s, tax returns, or business financials)
- Credit score of 650+ (U.S.) or equivalent Canadian credit profile
- Debt-to-income ratio below 43% (post-mortgage)
- Valid identification and proof of Ghanaian heritage or connection
- Willingness to complete KYC/AML verification
